  • Manufacture and install various types of fences, gates, panels, and frames.
  • Implement efficient processes for picking, loading, unloading, and installing products and materials.
  • Provide general support to ensure other installers are well-prepared and efficient.
  • Deliver products and materials to site; handle installation and site cleanup.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workplace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and strong.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Personable in nature.
  • Valid C class licence (manual).
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Understand and value the importance of great customer service.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a genuine desire to help others.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Trade certificate.
  • Welding and metalwork experience.
  • Construction induction white card.
  • Asbestos awareness certificate.
  • Silica Exposure Prevention certificate.
