Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and install various types of fences, gates, panels, and frames.
  • Follow efficient processes for picking, loading, unloading, and installing products and materials.
  • Provide general support to ensure other installers are well-prepared and efficient.
  • Diligently handle installation and site cleanup tasks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workplace environment.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to excellence, as well as a keen eye for detail and high-quality work standards.

Required Skills:

  • Physically fit and strong.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
  • Personable in nature.
  • Valid C class license (manual).
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and be part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Welding and metalwork experience.
  • Construction induction white card.
  • Asbestos awareness certificate.
  • Silica Exposure Prevention certificate.
