We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team at one of our premium hotels in Brisbane, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest cleanliness standards are met in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and standards.
  • Manage employee hiring, rostering, and performance.
  • Train and mentor the housekeeping team.
  • Coordinate activities and inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to present the hotel in its best light.

About the Role:

  • Full-time position with a 40 hour work week over 5 days.
  • Brisbane CBD location.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping supervisor/manager.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Previous 5 star hotel experience required.
