Mental Health Practitioner

The role of Mental Health Practitioner is designed to provide comprehensive clinical mental health services to individuals with a mental illness or disorder.
About the Position- Deliver high-quality mental health services, including assessments and interventions, to promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with consumers, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare organizations and community groups, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing, with eligibility for membership of relevant professional bodies and/or full registration with AHPRA (if applicable).
- Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessments and interventions, as well as experience working with individuals with mental illness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems and other relevant software.
