Postdoctoral Research Fellow Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to contribute to our exciting research project on canola harvest index.

This role involves conducting independent plant science research and fieldwork, publishing high-quality findings, and presenting at national and international conferences. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will also supervise and mentor students, support research staff, and foster productive collaborations with academic and industry partners.

To succeed in this role, you will hold a PhD (or be within six months of completion) in plant science or a related field, with proven experience in independent research on plant science, plant phenotyping, or plant ecophysiology, demonstrated through publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.

You will bring strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team, lead and mentor others, and manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes. A demonstrated capacity for innovative research and contribution to competitive funding bids is essential.
