Enterprise Solution Designer

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Designer to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will play a pivotal part in shaping solution architecture, ensuring secure, compliant, reusable, and aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, Customer Service, and the broader Power Platform.
  • Represent the organization's Business Platform in key governance forums.
  • Provide technical leadership, solution assurance, and design reviews.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects, program leaders, product owners, and developers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and platform maturity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Solution Designer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
  • Strong background in enterprise solution design and multi-environment deployments.
  • Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and ESB technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Solution Architecture.
