We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our hospitality team as a key member of the food service operations in the Highlands region.
About the Role:- Assist in preparing and serving high-quality meals in a professional kitchen environment.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all kitchen and dining areas.
- Support kitchen staff with various duties, including plating, serving, and clean-up.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver consistently high-quality meals.
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is highly desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are fundamental requirements.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary.
- A commitment to maintaining optimal food safety and workplace health & safety practices is essential.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as required.
- Consistent afternoon/evening shifts.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
