Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the entire software stack from design through deployment.
  • Design and implement responsive UI components using React, Tailwind, and Next.js.
  • Create and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using NestJS.
  • Write efficient tests using Jest and React testing library.
  • Deploy applications using AWS CDK.
  • Run CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • A problem-solving mindset—with expertise in tackling technical challenges and finding efficient solutions.
  • Experience shipping high-quality cloud-native production code (ideally +2 years experience).
  • Background in early to mid-stage startups or comfort/adaptability in unstructured environments.
  • Bonus points for experience with DevOps (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS services e.g Lambdas, S3, ECS).
  • A deep sense of ownership from feature design through production release.
