Lead Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our retail team.

  • You will lead by example, creating memorable customer connections through honest and empowering interactions.
  • Assist in the development of your team members to help deliver operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prior experience with visual merchandising is beneficial in this role.
  • Manage high stock volumes efficiently, with a willingness to process deliveries as needed.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
