The Urban Water Strategy is a key planning tool for delivering safe and sustainable water and wastewater services. It aims to support resilient and liveable communities while balancing social, environmental, and economic costs and benefits across the water cycle.

About You

Safety is our number one priority, and we expect you to actively contribute to and foster a safety-first culture.

  • You have proven ability to utilise professional judgement to plan, organise, prioritise and deliver projects.
  • You have understanding of water resource management issues and associated risk management practices and infrastructure planning processes.
  • You have demonstrated experience working within broad-based teams, leading working groups, participating in project-based environments or working across multiple teams and organisations.
  • You have strong understanding of the principles that underpin community consultation processes, customer engagement plans and effective stakeholder management.
  • You have demonstrated experience in the preparation of quality written reports, visual presentations and graphical representations for a wide range of audiences.
