About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Amendments: Amend existing policies to meet the changing needs of our customers.
  • Product Promotion: Promote the benefits of our insurance products and services to current and new customers.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Actively listen to customer needs and tailor policies to meet their unique requirements.
  • Sales and Performance Targets: Work towards sales and performance targets to drive business growth.
