Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement enhancements to accounting processes to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and control.
  • Lead or support automation initiatives to reduce manual interventions.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and scalable control frameworks.
Process Centralization & Standardization
  • Support the centralization of finance functions into shared services models globally.
  • Implement consistent processes, templates, and reporting tools across multiple business units.
Finance Governance & Reporting
  • Contribute to finance governance activities, including implementing fit-for-purpose policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in enabling the finance function to add strategic value while delivering actionable insights and maintaining the highest standards of governance and accuracy.

This critical position is designed to enhance efficiencies, drive process improvement, and centralize accounting processes across the organization.

You will have the opportunity to transform processes and systems, fostering alignment across the finance function, and making a measurable impact in a global environment.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (mandatory).
  • Professional designation such as CA/CPA required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in global/multinational organizations or within Big 4 accounting firms.
