Job Description:

This role is part of the expanding Learning and Development team in Tradewind Australia, based in Brisbane. The primary focus will be to provide coverage across all areas, predominantly within South East Queensland, occasionally regional QLD or interstate.

About the Role:

As the Learning and Development Continuity Officer, you will facilitate the onboarding programs for Youth Workers, Case Managers and other operational roles, ensuring that all training programs meet regulatory and organisational standards.

You will develop training packages and learning interventions for approved L & D Projects utilising engaging adult learning methodologies whilst aligning to the L & D Governance Framework.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating effective training and coaching on key organisational topics for the Operations teams.
  • Providing input, ideas and recommendations into L & D packages, materials and resources to ensure consistency and a high-quality standard.
  • Ensuring that all training programs meet regulatory and organisational standards and maintaining accurate records of training attendance and completion.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or willingness to obtain it. Additionally, you should be happy to travel and flexible to work across varied locations.

  • A strong focus on ensuring all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and meet all governance requirements.
  • Confidence to co-facilitate and provide feedback to peers.
  • Proven experience in a training or coaching role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships.

Desirable qualifications include a Diploma or higher-level qualification in Leadership, Community Service or Health field.
