We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our corporate client accounts in the insurance industry.

The role will be based in Hobart, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will work closely with other professionals across Tasmania and support junior colleagues where needed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing service standards.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
  • Taking a proactive approach to account management and service delivery.
  • Implementing retention and defence strategies.
  • Maintaining awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of major classes of General insurance.

You will need to have:

  • Proven experience managing corporate client accounts in the insurance industry.
  • A Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A motivation for client service and solutions.
