Accounts Assistant Role at Global Finance Operations

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Global Finance Operations team. As an aspiring finance professional, you will kickstart your career by initially supporting our global finance team in accounts receivables.

Responsibilities include financial statement creation and reporting, accounts payable and receivable management, and stakeholder engagement. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will be able to accurately identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in information and deliverables, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Junior Accountant Role
  • Financial Statement Creation and Reporting: Produce financial statements and reports in a timely manner to support business needs and decisions
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and undertake reconciliations
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
