- Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies.
- Act with integrity, adhere to industry and company best practices, and demonstrate leadership values.
- Participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings.
- Empower your peers and support them wherever possible.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities, including motivating, coaching, and performance management.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Passion for holidays and travel, and a willingness to learn and be open-minded.
- Strong communication skills and a 'whatever it takes' attitude.
