We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Lawyer to join our team at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia.
As a key member of our Australian Legal Team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on various aspects of renewable energy projects, including project development, construction, and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial and solution-oriented advice to the business on project-related matters
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Support the procurement and construction functions on several development projects
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE with experience working on transactional matters
- Strong understanding of construction/infrastructure projects and renewable energy regulation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective cross-functional working relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
