The Job Profile

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Publicity Manager to lead our Melbourne publicity team.

The Job Role

The role involves leading the Melbourne Publicity team and executing imaginative effective and impactful publicity campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the publishing marketing and sales teams to deliver fully integrated promotional plans.

The Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering inventive and strategic publicity campaigns across traditional and digital media. Experience in organizing events and book tours big and small is essential.

The candidate should have an established network of media and event contacts and be able to start effectively in a vibrant department.

Leadership skills including effective mentorship multitasking and innovative thinking are crucial.

The candidate must possess excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from debut titles to works by established and celebrity authors.
