Job Title: Experiential Learning Facilitator

The Zero Program is a unique and enriching pathway for Year 10 students. As an Experiential Learning Facilitator, you will support the delivery of this bespoke program to our students.

This role is integral to the success of the Zero program, which offers students an experiential learning experience centered around real-world learning and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Zero team regarding details of the program, including management and documentation of students, incidents, and first aid.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Head of Zero - Programming to manage equipment and program resources, including repairs, maintenance, ordering, and sourcing.
  • Prepare and pack gear and equipment for specific programs.
  • Safely lead groups through the program.
  • Support the wellbeing of students and staff.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Outdoor Education qualification or equivalent experience in specific activities.
  • A current manual driver's license.
  • A passion for sustainable practices and conservation.
  • A proactive team player with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
