Data Analytics Opportunity
The role of the Data Insights Specialist is to drive data-informed decision-making across various business units by leveraging data analytics, engineering, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality web and mobile solutions.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and analytics infrastructure on cloud-based platforms.
- Own website performance reporting and tracking, and develop and maintain interactive dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Analyse website performance and user behaviours for continuous improvement, using advanced statistical tools.
- Produce performance reporting and recommend process improvements, implementing efficient tagging strategies for web and mobile platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, technical SEO, and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, managing priorities and workflow.
