We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to support people with disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.

Job Overview
  • Develop daily skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting to help individuals achieve their NDIS goals.
  • Assist with personal care, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections.
  • Support daily activities such as going for walks, attending movies, or accompanying appointments.
  • Maintain connections with family, friends, and services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Help individuals develop daily living skills and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.
  • Adhere to NDIS guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • Cert 3 Qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience working with individuals with complex behaviour and SIL home environments.
  • Clearances: Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid and CPR certification, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), Open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance.
