We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers with excellent availability to join our dedicated team in Warwick. If you have a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities, and are flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnights (minimum 2 per fortnight), we would love to hear from you

About The Role

As a Support Worker, you will work within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, providing support to assist people with disabilities to live as independently as possible. You will support clients requiring sensitive manners and understanding of complex behaviours. Empathy and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Some clients require multiple appointments, and your ability to keep up with documentation is important.

We Also Require
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers (penalty rates apply).
  • The capacity to meet physical requirements as some manual handling tasks may be involved.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
