
Senior Client Growth Manager

As a seasoned Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing portfolios, and ensuring seamless client service.
About the RoleThis key position requires a proactive individual who can work strategically with the performance team to drive growth and development across client portfolios. Your primary focus will be on coordinating resources, setting mutually agreed KPIs, reviewing and compiling monthly reports, and ensuring timely deliverables.
A successful Digital Account Manager is ultimately accountable for meeting retention targets, maintaining an above-average Net Promoter Score, and guaranteeing each client has an up-to-date scorecard and contact plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Performance team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Drive business client retention and contribute to identified client growth initiatives.
- Qualify ideal customer profiles through referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations.
