
Senior Enablement Business Partner

About This Role:
- Lead a team of professionals to drive sales effectiveness and performance outcomes across the APJ region.
- Manage embedded partners who collaborate with sales, presales, customer success, and other leaders to create an enablement strategy and action plan.
Job Summary:
This role oversees the development and execution of training and enablement strategies, scaling best practices, coaching the team to success, and aligning closely with senior sales and GTM stakeholders in the region. As a people manager, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team aligned to the GTM functions we support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enablement Strategy: Develop and deliver a strategic, performance-based enablement plan that aligns to business goals on a quarterly basis.
- Team Management: Establish team and individual goals and processes to ensure alignment with global standards for each GTM team.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build a trusted relationship with the Global Vice President in APJ and regional leadership teams, serving as their main point of contact for all GTM enablement in the region.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Guide the team in using data, feedback, and field insights to identify skill, process, behavior, or product knowledge gaps in stakeholders supported by the team.
