Key Role Description

We are seeking a specialist consultant to support the inclusion of children with disabilities and complex medical needs in early childhood education settings.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for early childhood educators to enhance their skills in supporting diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with educators to tailor learning experiences that meet the unique needs of children with high support requirements or complex medical conditions.
  • Facilitate inclusive program practices that enable all children to participate fully in educational activities.
  • Contribute to service delivery and administration through active participation in meetings and implementation of action plans.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an Early Childhood Teacher is highly valued.
  • Proven expertise in supporting the inclusion of children with additional needs and their families in early education and care settings.
  • Strong training, mentoring, and staff support skills are essential for success in this role.
