This key position involves developing and implementing efficient credit policies, ensuring prudent risk assessment and credit limit management. You will evaluate creditworthiness, establish credit terms, and monitor credit exposure. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in overseeing end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, payment collection and reconciliation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement effective credit strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the utilities or related industry.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
