Furniture Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technician to repair and restore furniture. This role requires exceptional customer experience skills, including addressing general enquiries, issues, warranty checks and assessing of / providing repairs.

The ideal candidate will have upholstery experience, previous face-to-face customer service experience and be able to work autonomously using proven time management skills.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary on offer, a company car provided for travel and an attractive incentive program for outstanding performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending homes and business sites to assess & provide repairs (Full training provided)
  • Troubleshoot and solve customers inquiries
  • In-warehouse repairs when not on the road
  • General warehouse duties
  • Attend scheduled meetings on time

Skill requirements:

  • Upholstery experience highly regarded
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • Previous retail/repairs experience in furniture setting well-regarded
  • Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work autonomously
