About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the position of Integration Design Lead. This role is critical in leading the design and architecture of integration platforms, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and management of technology solutions across the landscape to support strategic business initiatives and ensure operational continuity.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to projects and BAU, enabling the development and execution of the strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other IT specialists, project managers, and external vendors to ensure that platform projects are completed on time and within budget, delivering the highest value to the organization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and other IT staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing and optimizing Integration / Automation / API platforms across both cloud environments (AWS) and on-premises.
  • Capability in handling complex architectures and designs ensuring they are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with business requirements.
  • Track record in deploying, managing, and optimizing enterprise Integration / Automation / API solutions with a deep understanding of domain architecture and design, and service management framework.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining security postures that meet compliance standards across all platform operations.
