We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and take charge of designing, building, and implementing enterprise integration platforms and solutions.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in integration architecture, platforms, data, and security standards, as well as a deep understanding of API-led connectivity, ESB, message queuing, and event streaming.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure alignment with existing governance and enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with integration platforms and leading technical integration implementation projects, as well as a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns.
This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong grasp of data transformation, schema management, canonical data models, and metadata/catalogue governance. Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud integration strategies is also essential.
The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to support project implementation and ongoing improvements, collaborating with business teams to ensure integrations meet functional and operational needs, and supporting testing, deployment, and adoption of integrations.

Requirements- 5+ years' hands-on experience working with integration platforms and leading technical integration implementation projects.
- Strong expertise across integration architecture, platforms, data, and security standards.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integration patterns (e.g., publish-subscribe, point-to-point, request-response, event-driven).
- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, ESB, message queuing, and event streaming.
- Demonstrated experience with one or more enterprise-grade iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, IBM App Connect, Azure Integration Services).]
- Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud integration strategies.

- Experience implementing secure integration practices including API gateways, identity management, encryption, and Zero Trust models.
