**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our operations team as an Operations Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the financial industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing financial operations processes, analyzing data, and developing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. You will work closely with our trading desk and business areas to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong interest in math, technology, and finance, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access. Experience with VBA or SQL is preferred.
