Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support our Chief Financial Officer in daily operations.

  • International Client Liaison: Communicate directly with international clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive assistance.
  • CFO Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the CFO on various tasks, projects, and initiatives.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with duties including data entry, record keeping, report preparation, and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Market Insights: Gather and compile financial data and market information relevant to international operations.
Requirements
  • Mandarin Communication Skills: Possess verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin to engage with our international client base.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Financial Acumen: An understanding of securities trading principles, eager to apply knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Proactive, Detail-Oriented & Trustworthy: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Interest in being part of a startup environment.
