Guided by our values of Diligence, Courage, Collaboration, and Optimism, we are seeking a visionary Chief Strategy and Impact Officer to lead our strategic direction, drive organisational sustainability, and amplify our impact across the sector.

As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will:
  • Lead Strategy - Lead the development and implementation of HOPE's Strategic Plan, translating vision into actionable priorities.
  • Build Impact - Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation to strengthen outcomes and sustainability.
  • Foster Engagement - Build strong, collaborative relationships with government, community, and sector partners.
  • Champion Excellence - Drive evaluation, accountability, and evidence-based decision making.

About You

You are an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the community services, health, or human services sectors. You thrive on turning strategic vision into reality, navigating complex challenges, and finding creative solutions that deliver real outcomes. Your leadership style is collaborative, inspiring, and grounded in values.

You Bring
  • Executive-level experience in strategy, business development, and impact measurement.
  • Proven success in identifying opportunities, securing funding, and delivering results.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to anticipate trends, respond to challenges, and position HOPE as a sector leader.
