Job Role:

Aircraft Cabin Cleaner is a key role within the aviation industry, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of aircraft cabins. The cleaner works on a shift basis, performing all required cleaning functions in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities include the cleaning of aircraft and corporate offices, cabin services, following quarantine procedures, and maintaining operational contact with client representatives, security, airport owners/operators, cargo, catering, engineering, and other service providers.

Effective communication skills are essential to work proactively with ramp service teams, identify and resolve issues that may affect or hamper flights, and communicate these issues in a timely manner to senior personnel.

The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of tarmac operations, possess sound computer skills, and have excellent communication skills to liaise with all personnel involved in Menzies Aviation operations.

Requirements:
  • Safe working practices
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness training (provided)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Maintains valid license for applicable vehicles
  • Experience in ground to air radios; Flight Radio Telephone Operator License an advantage
