Job Title

A key role in our organization is to foster relationships with various stakeholder groups, including families, alumni, students, donors, and other friends of the College. The Stakeholder Engagement and Philanthropy Coordinator will be responsible for managing, growing, and supporting these groups, as well as coordinating philanthropic initiatives.

  • Foster meaningful engagement with stakeholders through various initiatives, including events, communications, and relationship-building activities.
  • Develop and propose strategies to improve stakeholder experience, streamline management, and governance, and grow stakeholder growth.
  • Coordinate key stakeholder groups, including ELTHAM College Community Association (ECCA), Philanthropy Working Party (PWP), Alumni Committee, and associated sporting and community clubs, and groups.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of key parent/family associations and other groups in consultation with the Head of Community Engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on the management and structure of other associated groups, such as Friends of Music and Performing Arts (FOMPA).
  • Keep up-to-date details in relevant databases and documents.
