Clinical Research Coordinator Role

Western Australia has a great opportunity for an individual to support our research team working across two hospital sites.

We are passionate about innovation and driving better life outcomes for patients worldwide. A Clinical Research Administration Assistant will play a key role in the efficient running of our research team and trial sites.

  • Administrative tasks include organizing appointments, meetings, and inventory of office supplies, general duties such as booking participant appointments, and preparing study materials.
  • Support participants with travel arrangements and assist with financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration Support: Provide administrative assistance to the research team including appointment management, meeting organization, and inventory control.
  • Study Materials Preparation: Assist in preparing study materials and ensuring their availability at trial sites.
  • Participant Support: Help participants with travel arrangements and provide financial assistance as needed.

This is a permanent position offering a 4-day workweek. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to supporting research initiatives.
