Retail Operations Manager

About the Role
As a Retail Leader at Coles, you will be responsible for the running of the store during evening and night trade. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.
About You and Your Skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Direct leadership experience is required, as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Ability to look ahead, energize your team to deliver with pride, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
- Customer obsession is key, and you will continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
- Driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing is crucial.
