About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Nightfill Manager to join our team at Coles. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our night-fill department, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience
- Ability to work flexible evening hours, including weekends and public holidays
