Job Description

As a Strategy Manager, you will work on some of our most critical challenges—ranging from marketplace evolution to commercial performance.

  • Owning and leading specific areas of strategic focus, becoming a go-to expert across the organisation.
  • Developing and applying strategic frameworks to unpack business challenges and recommend high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with leaders across Product, Commercial, AI and Technology to shape and deliver future-focused strategies.
  • Providing clear, compelling communication of strategy across all levels—from senior executives to delivery teams.
  • Championing strategic alignment and partnering with execution teams to embed strategic thinking into action.

  • Able to develop and apply strategic frameworks to address complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
