We're seeking an accomplished Change Delivery Professional to spearhead our client's SAP SuccessFactors transformation. As the key individual linking people, processes, and technology, you will guarantee every change yields a positive impact and benefits are delivered effectively.
Main Responsibilities- Establish and track benefits across critical HR Management modules.
- Develop frameworks, metrics, and dashboards to monitor progress and measure success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and maximise value from the transformation.
- Analyse post-implementation data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Proven experience in change delivery or business performance management in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Recruitment, Onboarding).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SAP Analytics).
