We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regulatory Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in undertaking reviews, investigating complaints and other regulatory activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders. You will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify issues and develop solutions.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our team to contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and service delivery requirements. You will also be responsible for planning, prioritizing and managing a caseload of files within set timeframes to achieve high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in administrative law, investigations or undertaking regulatory activities. You will also have a sound understanding of investigation principles, process and practices, as well as performance monitoring, reporting and measuring activities in a public sector environment.
