Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality reporting outcomes.

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with data teams, business units, technology, and risk management teams to deliver results. Your skills in data analysis will support decision-making processes, and your attention to detail will ensure that all regulatory matters are thoroughly assessed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regulatory reporting requirements, particularly for Client Tax reporting returns due to the Australian Taxation Office
  • Utilize skills in data analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Perform detailed analysis and impact assessments on regulatory matters
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law
  • Previous experience in the banking or non-bank lending industry and knowledge of regulatory reporting
  • Passion for data and/or regulatory reporting in a regulated environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team with a range of stakeholders
