About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Logistics and Shipping Coordinator to join our global team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all VALD shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure seamless delivery of VALD products.
  • Oversee shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing declarations, bills of lading, and certificates.
  • Liaise with carriers to schedule shipments and prepare shipping labels.
  • Collaborate with international customs brokers to facilitate prompt clearance of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with warehouse receipt, dispatch, returns, and other general warehouse duties as required to support business needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, and international shipping.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping processes and Incoterms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accuracy in documentation and processes.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • A background in international trade or logistics with relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with experience in HubSpot, UPS/DHL shipment platforms, and Oracle NetSuite being highly desirable.

Salary Range:

This position offers a competitive salary between $70,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
