We are seeking a factory labourer/punch operator to assist in the fabrication of aluminum sections for door and window manufacturing. Responsibilities will include operating a punch machine to create slots in aluminium, preparing long lengths of aluminium (up to 15kg) ready for dispatch and adhering to all workplace safety procedures.

- This role will commence as temporary labour hire (with potential for permanent opportunities in the future).
- Currently we roster both day (5:00am - 3:00pm) and night (5:00pm - 3:00am) shifts across seven days (availability is necessary to work on both day and night shifts to meet business needs).
- 10 hour casual shifts 4 day weeks (**overtime is paid if working over 9.5 hours on a weekday and all day Saturday's and Sunday's**)
- Casual hourly rate on day shift is $27.51 and night shift is $31.64 (with overtime paid on top of this)

**To be considered for this position, you must possess:**

- Prior labouring experience
- Team player with a strong work ethic, including reliability and punctual attendance
- Willingness to follow instructions and commitment to safe working practices
- Suitable level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling/labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided)
- Appropriate work wear including steelcap boots, long pants, yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts
- Availability to start immediately at Loganlea
