As an Administrative Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly and continues to support children to become confident lifelong learners.

This full-time position is based at our QUT Kelvin Grove centre, where you will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional administrative and financial support.

You will be the friendly first point of contact for visitors to our centre, assisting with enrolment records, managing day-to-day tasks, and contributing to our inclusive, kind, and collaborative team culture.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative and financial support to the centre team.
  • Manage enrolment records and perform various day-to-day tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About You:

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (or willing to obtain these – C&K will cover the cost).

We offer a range of benefits, including competitive hourly rates, salary sacrificing options, and opportunities for professional growth and development. In this role, you can expect a salary of approximately $26.50-$28.45 per hour, plus superannuation and other benefits.
