About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across Sydney Metropolitan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenant relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with and manage CAPEX projects to maintain and improve the quality of our assets
  • Conduct regular onsite property inspections to identify and address any issues
  • Develop and manage annual budgets to ensure effective financial management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property administration records
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Collaborative and team-focused approach, with a commitment to promoting our company's core values and practices
  • Relevant industry experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of property administration and management principles
