About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Cadet to join our team at Metricon Homes. In this role, you will support our experienced New Home Advisors, gaining a deep understanding of the Metricon Sales Process and developing the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the New Home Advisors in their daily tasks, including providing administrative support and helping to maintain the high standard of presentation of our display centres.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, including the Sales Plan and general business rules.
  3. Deliver top-class Home Demonstrations to customers, showcasing the quality of our homes and building trust with potential buyers.
  4. Qualify and manage lead activity, setting prospect appointments and driving sales results.
  5. Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
