The Role

  1. We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Resolution Specialist to join our team.
  2. You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns in a timely, accurate and compliant manner, adhering to the General Insurance Code of Practice guidelines and Regulatory Guide 271.
  3. You'll handle various types of complaints, including investigating and remediating compliance and privacy breaches, while maintaining and monitoring our Complaint Management Systems.
  4. Through our High Care process, you'll support customers who experience vulnerabilities in a manner that provides them with the utmost care, respect, and support.
  5. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement to enhance processes and services.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  1. You have extensive experience working in a customer complaint environment.
  2. You possess resilience and passion to thrive in a fast-moving, challenging and customer-driven environment.
  3. You can plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  4. You have a high level of attention to detail.
  5. You excel in written and verbal communication skills to enable meaningful conversations with customers, while maintaining empathy and our customer values at all times.
