Site Operations Manager

This role oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational management of multiple sites. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to ensure excellence in internal departmental services.
- Develop and implement policies for effective service delivery.
- Work closely with program and operational staff to ensure facilities meet tenant needs.
- Conduct regular inspections and schedule corrective maintenance.
Qualifications include a degree or diploma in a related field, minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, and strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and systems.
