The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Professional to join our Brisbane-based WRES legal practice. Working closely with experienced partners to deliver exceptional client service.

This is a full-time permanent position offering the chance to grow your career by working across varied and interesting matters – from industrial strategy and disputes, project management and support, compliance and regulatory matters, restructuring, underpayments, and litigation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Associate or equivalent working on a range of employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, correct, and commercial advice and documents.
  • A strong sense of purpose, ambition, and a proactive approach to your work.
  • Strong people skills; the ability to communicate and build a rapport with clients.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact.
  • An appetite to mentor and coach more junior team members.
  • A high degree of initiative, dedication, and organisational ability with a strong client focus.
