Program Support Team Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of support workers who provide person-centred care to adults engaged in our residential rehabilitation program.

As the successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and developing strategies to improve service delivery. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work or a related field, as well as significant experience working in the community services sector. You will also have a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and current first aid and CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for clients.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure funding and resources for new initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in social work or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in the community services sector.
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's licence.
